Raheja Developers to Host Grand Launch of Surakshit Nivesh Yojna Scheme (Phase 2) at Delhi Mall Complex

New Delhi, June 4, 2024: Raheja Developers announced the grand launch of the Surakshit Nivesh Yojna Scheme (Phase 2) on June 5, 2024, at Delhi Mall Complex. The event will be inaugurated by the Bollywood actress Dia Mirza, who will grace the occasion as the chief guest, says a press release issued by the company.

As a venture under the Public-Private Partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and the Government of India, the Delhi Mall Complex offers investment options. With a registration fee of Rs 31,000, the scheme offers two flexible payment options: the “Construction Linked Payment Plan” and the “Down Payment Plan.” The shop sizes range from 40 sq. ft. to 150 sq. ft., with a minimum investment price starting at Rs. 32.46 lakhs under the down payment plan.

The launch event will commence at 6 PM on June 5, 2024, at the Delhi Mall Complex.
