Sharika Enterprises appoints Shyama Prasad Mukherjee as an Independent Director

Noida, August 6, 2024: Sharika Enterprises has appointed Shyama Prasad Mukherjee as an Independent Director. Mukherjee is a seasoned industry professional with over 36 years of experience.
Mukherjee graduated with Honours in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He holds a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from IIT Bombay. Additionally, he completed an MBA in Financial Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer. Mukherjee is also a Life Member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, and the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.
Mukherjee has extensive experience in the field of Civil Engineering with specialization in hydropower sector. He worked in design & engineering department of NHPC Limited for over 15 years. Before joining Sharika Enterprises, he was the Regional Executive Director of NHPC and CEO at Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited.
