M3M India Partners With Zydex Paints and Keimfarben to Deploy Advanced Silicate Coating System Across Premium Portfolio
New Delhi, July 13, 2026: Real estate developer M3M India has entered into a strategic partnership with Zydex Paints and Germany’s Keimfarben to introduce KEIM Regalan, an advanced silicate mineral paint system, across its premium residential and commercial developments, M3M India said in a press release.
Founded in 1878, Keimfarben is a global pioneer in silicate mineral paints, while Zydex Paints serves as its exclusive licensed manufacturer and distributor in India. The collaboration aims to shift exterior façade material selection from a purely aesthetic focus to one centered on long-term durability, structural protection, and reduced maintenance.
The partnership will debut at the M3M Golf Hills project in Sector 79, Gurugram, where exterior application of the mineral system is scheduled to begin this month. Following this initial rollout, M3M India plans to expand the use of KEIM Regalan to its other marquee developments, including The Cullinan, Altitude, and Mansion. This expanded collaboration is expected to generate approximately ₹100 crores in exterior façade painting works over the next three years, establishing the product as M3M’s preferred mineral façade system for luxury developments.
Unlike conventional acrylic paints that form a surface film, the silicate-based KEIM Regalan chemically bonds with mineral substrates to create a breathable, water-repellent barrier. Backed by a minimum 20-year warranty on film integrity and color fading, the system utilizes non-fading mineral pigments to maintain a matte finish while offering inherent fire-resistant properties. These traits help reduce the frequency of repainting and lower maintenance costs over a building’s lifecycle.
According to data from the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the building and construction sector accounts for roughly 32 percent of global energy consumption and 34 percent of carbon dioxide emissions, making material longevity increasingly critical in sustainable construction.Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Moulik Ranka, Managing Director, Zydex Group, said, “We are honoured to partner with M3M India as it raises the benchmark for premium developments in India.
