Table Space Set to Triple Suites portfolio by December 2025
Bengaluru, December 9, 2024: Enterprise and managed workspace solution company Table Space has unveiled plans for its ready-to-move-in private workspace solution built for enterprise, Suites by Table Space. By December 2025, Table Space Suites aims to triple its number of centres, operating over 35,000 seats across 2.2 million sq. ft., representing approximately 15 per cent of the overall Table Space portfolio.
Table Space Suites, launched in January 2024, operates in 11 centers in seven cities, spanning 5,00,00 sq.ft. with about 10,000 seats. They are designed to meet the enterprise needs of speed, flexibility, security, and compliance. From initial client connect to workspace going live, Table Space Suites delivers an impressive turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
Suites by Table Space has achieved remarkable growth in 2024, recording ₹200 crore in revenue between January and September. The segment caters to rising demand from industries like BFSI, IT/ITeS, consulting, and healthcare/pharma. With a target of Rs 800 crore in revenue by 2025, the brand is set to expand its footprint to over 35 centres, offering 35,000 seats across 2.2 million sq. ft.
“We started the year with just four centers, and by November, Suites by Table Space has expanded to over 11 centers across seven cities, offering approximately 8,000–10,000 seats. This momentum, driven by BFSI and tech clients, has positioned us as a top choice for enterprise. Over the past four months, five centres have been fully leased before opening, accounting for approximately 4,000–5,000 seats. By the end of 2025, TS Suites will contribute 15–18 per cent of our portfolio, up from the current 7. This parallel growth path complements our core managed office business, which continues to expand steadily” said Karan Chopra, Vice Chairman & Co-founder, Table Space.
