Mumbai, April 1, 2025: Interior fit-out solutions provider Eleganz Interiors has successfully delivered over 200 projects, covering approximately 45 lakh square feet of development over the last three financial years and the six-month period ending September 30, 2024. Managing Director and CEO of Eleganz Interiors Sammeer Pakvasa said: “Our continued growth reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and client-centric solutions. Following our NSE SME listing, we are expanding our presence, increasing our financial efficiency and enhancing our capabilities by attracting, retaining and training qualified personnel. As we strengthen our industry leadership, our robust order pipeline underscores our ability to meet evolving market demands, sustain momentum, and create lasting value for our stakeholders.”

Key demand drivers include the expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which accounted for 37 per cent of all leasing activity in Q1 2024, the growth of IT & BPO sectors, increased Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in India’s business infrastructure, and ongoing urbanisation strengthening business ecosystems in metro and Tier-2 cities. Leading metropolitan hubs such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune continue to dominate office leasing activity and commercial real estate development.

As India’s economy evolves, Eleganz Interiors remains steadfast in delivering top-tier interior solutions in commercial spaces. With a focus on design innovation, functionality, and sustainability, the company is well-positioned to adapt to shifting market dynamics and drive continued industry growth. Interior fit-out services are a critical segment of the construction industry, transforming raw spaces into fully operational environments. This includes space planning, mechanical and electrical installations, furnishings, and design elements, ensuring readiness for businesses. The rising demand for flexible workspaces and the expansion of multinational corporations continue to drive the need for high-quality interior solutions. Modern fit-outs emphasise sustainability, efficiency, and intelligent space utilisation, aligning with evolving market trends.

India’s commercial real estate sector has seen substantial growth. Between CY21 and CY23, annual office space transactions increased from 381 lakh sq. ft. to 516 lakh sq. ft., signalling a robust post-pandemic recovery.
