TIL Limited Appoints Arvind Rishi as AVP Sales, Aftermarket

Kolkata, May 13, 2025: Til Limited, India’s leading material handling and infrastructure equipment manufacturer, has appointed Arvind Rishi as all-India head of sales and aftermarket. This strategic hire reinforces TIL’s commitment to enhancing its market presence, strengthening customer service and driving business growth across machine sales and aftermarket services.
With over 40 years of extensive experience in the energy and transportation sectors, Rishi brings a wealth of expertise in customer service, sales operations and strategic business development.
He will spearhead TIL’s business growth initiatives through machine sales and aftermarket services while overseeing business operations, strengthening customer service, expanding market presence and enhancing profitability across verticals.

Prior to joining TIL Limited, Arvind held significant leadership positions at prominent companies, including Cummins, Greaves, and Gainwell CAT. His long tenure at Cummins built a deep operational and strategic foundation in service excellence and business leadership, while his experience at Greaves enhanced his go-to-market and network development capabilities. At Gainwell CAT, he mastered the integration of sales and aftermarket operations across the premium Caterpillar brand, working extensively across critical infrastructure sectors such as Coal, Railways, Oil, Defence, Marine, and Mining.
An accomplished professional, Arvind holds a Post-Diploma in Automobile Engineering from GNE Ludhiana and a Master’s in Material Science from Pune University. This dual technical and management background allows him to approach business challenges with analytical rigour, balancing data-driven insights with practical experience.
