Ensemble Infrastructure Secures 500,000 Sq Ft Project, Aims 50% FY26 Growth

New Delhi, May 15, 2025: Ensemble Infrastructure India Ltd., one of the leading companies in design and build industry, secured new projects spanning over 480,000 sq ft across major cities in the January-March period.
Valued at over INR 50 crore, these wins reflect growing client focus on future-ready work environment and spaces that are more integrated with business intent and built for long-term adaptability.
These commercial projects, with expected completion by the end of September 2025, are across diverse sectors comprise:
• 3,00,000 sq ft of design consultancy work for Mapletree Singapore (Global Infocity Park)
• 1,00,000 sq ft civil and Interiors project for managed workspace operator WorkEz in Bengaluru
• 30,000 sq ft design and build mandate for TaskUs’ new facility in Mohali
• 30,000 sq ft design and build corporate office for returning client Kothari Group in Mumbai
• 20,000 sq ft design consultancy for an innovation-led workspace for Ather Energy in Bengaluru
Together, the mix of mandates showcases Ensemble’s ability to operate across formats, from consultative to turnkey, while responding to varied client needs.
Ensemble’s performance reflects a growing shift in how clients approach their space mandates with larger, faster-moving and more strategic engagements.
The company recorded a 50 per cent YoY increase in project volume compared to 24 per cent in the same quarter last year. This growth reflects a steady ability to translate demand into high-quality delivery aligned with evolving business needs.
Recognising the potential continued demand from ITES, BFSI, GCCs and large Indian corporates investing in long-term spatial transformation, Ensemble Infra remains committed to scaling with intent.
