Abhee Ventures Unveils Landmark 45-Acre Scottish-Themed Township in East Bengaluru
Bengaluru, May 28, 2026: South Indian real estate developer Abhee Ventures has announced the upcoming launch of “Codename New Dimension,” a massive 45-acre Scottish-themed residential township located at Gunjur, on the Whitefield – Sarjapur Road in East Bengaluru. Designed in collaboration with London-headquartered UHA London and India’s RSP Architects, the 35-storey low-density towers will feature 85% open spaces and host a variety of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK layouts. The project is currently in its conceptualization phase and will roll out in successive phases over the coming months, Abhee Ventures said in a press release.
The premium development is slated to feature more than 140 lifestyle and wellness amenities, highlighted by a 3-acre golf driving range, a man-made lake, and four distinct clubhouses sprawling over 1.5 lakh sq. ft. Strategically located between the Whitefield and Sarjapur Road IT corridors, the Gunjur micro-market offers close proximity to ITPL, the EPIP corridor, and the Outer Ring Road. The site is further supported by near-term regional infrastructure upgrades, including the suburban rail network, the upcoming Dommasandra Metro Station, the proposed SWIFT City development, and the future Peripheral Ring Road.
