Actor Randeep Hooda Buys Apartment Worth ₹5.63 Cr in Mumbai
Mumbai, June 27, 2025: Actor Randeep Hooda has purchased an apartment in Versova, Andheri West, for INR 5.63 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was registered in June.
Strategically positioned between Mumbai’s prominent business districts and entertainment zones, Andheri West boasts excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.
Over the years, Andheri West has evolved into a dynamic commercial and residential destination featuring a lively blend of modern office complexes, co-working spaces, upscale retail outlets, entertainment centres and premium residential developments. The area’s vibrant atmosphere, coupled with its robust infrastructure and proximity to key commercial hubs, makes it a preferred choice for businesses, celebrities and working professionals.
According to property registration documents from the IGR and reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in Bianca C.H.S. Ltd. and has a built-up area of 1,530 sq ft. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of INR 33.78 lakh and registration charges of INR 30,000.
