ADDA launches vendor marketplace for residential associations

ADDA, a community management ERP, has launched a vendor marketplace tailor-made for management of gated communities. It currently presents over 150 services ranging from security guards to facade painting to pre-school setup inside the community, said a press release.

The marketplace is available under ‘Discover’ feature of the ADDA app, visible only to management committee members. It is also available on the portal’s Admin View for the staff of the association to send in enquiries or RFQs.
“If you are a Secretary of a housing association and Google housekeeping agency, you will find many on portals like IndiaMart, Justdial, Sulekha, etc. But you end up spending many hours going through Vendors who may be only serving commercial complexes, or may not have the capability to serve a large complex like yours, or may not serve in your locality. This is where ADDA’s ‘Discover for Association’ becomes a focused marketplace for you, matching the right vendor with your requirement,” said Venkat Kandaswamy, Co-Founder and CTO of ADDA.
