Agent B Launches India’s First Agentic AI Platform to Help Real Estate Developers Turn Floor Plans into Sale-Ready Spaces
New Delhi, August 26, 2026: Addressing a long-standing gap in the real estate and interior design industries, Agent B Studio has officially launched its AI-powered Visual Platform. Designed to streamline the transition from raw floor plans to sale-ready spaces, the multimodal AI orchestration engine allows real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and furniture brands to design, visualize, specify, and deliver projects within a single unified workflow, Agent B Studio said in a press release.
The platform targets the operational disconnects traditionally associated with spatial rendering, which often lead to project delays, costly rework, and fragmented vendor management. Unlike standard AI image generators, Agent B Studio creates spatially accurate photorealistic renders directly from actual floor plans and measurements. Its feature suite includes tools such as Layout to Render, Quick Generate, Smart Project, Photo Edit, and an interactive AI assistant named Bella. Together, these tools enable users to generate spatial layouts, customize interiors, integrate commercial products, and produce automated documentation, quotations, and presentations.
In addition to spatial visualization, the platform integrates e-commerce capabilities by allowing furniture and home decor brands to embed product catalogs directly into the design interface, facilitating purchasing decisions at the specification stage. Starting at Rs 2,575 ($26.99) per month, the platform has surpassed 5,000 designer signups within its first ten weeks of operation.
The company was founded by Natasha Jain, Founder & CEO, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to establishing Agent B Studio, she founded the fintech startup Ruplee, which was acquired by Paylo, as well as the premium furniture brand Bent Chair and its luxury design wing Natelier. Her background across engineering, technology, and interior design informed the development of the platform to resolve systemic workflow inefficiencies.
