AIPL Acquires 43-Acre Gurugram Land for ₹1,000 Cr Through DRT
Gurugram, January 30, 2026: Gurugram realty player AIPL has successfully acquired a 43-acre land in Sector 103, Gurugram, for INR 1,000 crore through the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) process, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion along the Dwarka Expressway. The acquisition reflects AIPL’s long-term commitment to shaping landmark real estate developments in India’s most dynamic urban markets while enabling financial resolution for lenders.
This land forms part of a larger 80-acre township project, AIPL Lake City, with plans underway to expand the land bank by an additional 20 acres. The integrated township holds a combined revenue potential in excess of INR 20,000 Cr, underlining AIPL’s vision to create a transformative mixed-use destination in Gurugram’s most sought-after growth belt.
AIPL has also launched the first phase of the township, Riviera, an ultra-premium residential offering spread across 5.14 acres featuring two high-rise towers with panoramic views and world-class lifestyle amenities. This opening phase has an estimated revenue potential of INR 1500 crore, reinforcing strong demand for luxury living in the NCR region.
Ishaan Singh, Director, AIPL, said, “Through AIPL Lake City our focus remains on delivering exceptional living environments that resonate with modern aspirations. This acquisition not only strengthens our land bank at one of Gurugram’s most promising locations but also reflects our belief in long-term urban growth along the Dwarka Expressway. By blending thoughtful planning, quality execution, and sustainable design, we aim to set new benchmarks in township living that enrich communities and create value for buyers, investors and stakeholders.”
AIPL’s strategic investment and phased development approach positions Lake City as a compelling address for both lifestyle and investment, while contributing to the region’s broader infrastructure and economic progress.
