Airwil Group launches its commercial project Intellicity

NEW DELHI: Realty firm Airwil Group recently launched its open-market retail and commercial project ‘Intellicity’ at Plot No. 10, Techzone-IV in Greater Noida West.

Spread over 25 acre, Intellicity is a place for all commercial, corporate needs and for living in a sumptuous way to suit the needs of an ultra-modern lifestyle for working executives. The project is at a walking distance of 500 metres from the proposed Metro station.

According to a press release, the “idyllic location, ultra-modern services and brilliant structure” are the main features of Intellicity. The individual office space in the project starts from 150 sq. ft of area. The studio apartments are prices at Rs. 5,500 per sqft, office space at Rs.5,750 per sq ft onwards and villas at Rs. 8,888 per sq ft.

The project is expected to be delivered in three years.
