With OC For 454 Units in Phase 5, Nirala World Delivers 4,038 Units in Nirala Estate

Greater Noida, June 30, 2025: Nirala World has completed construction and fulfilled the formalities for Phase 5 of Nirala Estate and obtained the occupancy certificate (OC) for towers 34, 35, 36 and 37. The group is all set to offer possession and hand over the keys to 454 flat owners.

Over the past two years, the group has secured OCs of 1,634 units in the towers of phases 2, 3, and 4 before the two to three years of the RERA deadline. Post OC of phase 5, the project is now completely delivered, spread over 25 acres and having 4,038 units of 2, 3, 3+1, 4 and 4+1 BHK options. The project is situated in Greater Noida West’s Techzone 4. 

The entire project has been divided into two sections, each of 12.50 acres. With 1,950 units, Nirala Estate Phase 1 received OC in 2017 before RERA. The remaining land portion was introduced in four phases starting in 2018. Modern construction techniques and monitoring helped Nirala World to complete the phases before the dates mentioned on the RERA portal. The group has received OC for phases 2, 3, and 4 around 2023-2024, which has 1,634 units.
