Majority of home seekers come from the class who want to buy their houses on EMl’s which they otherwise pay for their rental accommodation. The 70-80 per cent middleclass families require their own house and their budget lies between f20 lakhs to f40 lakhs bracket which comes in the affordable segment. There is a huge scope and a lot more should be done in the coming years to meet such a high demand.
