ANJ Group Appoints Ashfaq Ul Ahad as Chief People Officer

Mumbai, August 26, 2025: ANJ Group, one of India’s leading design and build firms, has appointed Ashfaq Ul Ahad as its chief people officer (CPO), reflecting its commitment to building inspiring workplaces for its clients and a culture where people can thrive.
Ul Ahad brings 25 years of experience, spanning across hospitality, banking, technology, telecom, logistics and education sectors. From leading HR at global organisations, like ICICI Bank, GE, Hutchison and Syntel, to shaping capability development for Delhivery’s 75,000-strong workforce, his career has been defined by building people-first cultures at scale.
Beyond the corporate world, he has also co-founded Talent Edge Academy and CollegeDekho Academy, creating learning platforms that bridge the gap between education and employability for young professionals.
