ANJ Group Crosses ₹2,000 Crore Order Book Milestone

Mumbai, October 27, 2025: Design & Build and General Contracting firm ANJ Group has achieved a significant milestone with its total order book crossing INR 2,008 crore, underscoring robust growth and client trust.

With an area of over 3 million square feet executed, ANJ continues to deliver high-performing, sustainable, and human-centric workspaces across India. The group’s regional presence now extends to 10+ cities, offering end-to-end Corporate & Interior General Contracting as well as Design & Build solutions.

ANJ’s distinguished clientele includes Deutsche Bank, Airbus, TCS, Coca-Cola, IBM, and Air India, among others, reflecting the group’s consistent delivery of excellence, innovation, and reliability in workplace transformation. “This milestone is a testament to ANJ’s unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and timely execution. In the first quarter of FY25, ANJ Group secured projects worth over INR 500 crore, including significant assignments for Amazon in Hyderabad (92,000 sq. ft.), Coca-Cola in Ahmedabad (90,000 sq. ft.), and ZEISS in Bengaluru (258,000 sq. ft.). More than half of this business came from repeat clients, reinforcing ANJ’s reputation for trust, quality, and timely delivery.

ANJ Group is also at the forefront of sustainability initiatives. The company’s factory in Wada is an IGBC LEED Platinum-rated facility powered entirely by solar energy. ANJ has set an ambitious target to achieve net zero across all operations by 2030, implementing energy optimization, renewable energy integration, water conservation, and sustainable materials in its projects.
