Diligent Builders Secures Occupancy Certificate for Antriksh Valley; 144 Homebuyers to Begin Immediate Registrations

Gautam Buddh Nagar: Diligent Builders has officially obtained the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Tower A of the Antriksh Valley project in Sector 1, Greater Noida West. The milestone, confirmed by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, clears the path for 144 allottees to take possession of their homes and begin the long-awaited legal registry process, the company said in a press release.
To commemorate the achievement, the developer hosted a handover ceremony on March 14, 2026, where keys were presented to approximately 25 homebuyers. The project, which was previously stalled, has undergone a rigorous revival strategy. According to company management, nearly 100% of the dues owed to the Development Authority have been cleared, removing the common administrative hurdles that often delay property registrations in the region.

Lt. Col. Ashwini Nagpal (Retd.), COO of Diligent Builders, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering on past promises. “Reviving the project was our priority. Following the new strategy and plan, we completed tower A on because it was in an advance stage and obtained the OC. Allottees will be able to take possession and register immediately as the project is free from all dues. The focus is now on completing the remaining construction work within the stipulated time frame, supported by the SWAMIH Fund, which is a testament to the credibility of the promoter and the project,” Nagpal stated.
The reconstruction effort, which began in 2023-24, involved modernizing the decade-old design to align with current architectural trends. The revised plan includes enhanced amenities, such as an additional elevator, double basement parking, and expanded green spaces. Furthermore, the developer has implemented a transparent exit policy, providing refunds to original buyers who chose not to proceed with the project, while ensuring timely payments to local authorities to maintain the “zero dues” status.
The completed project will feature 331 total units—316 residential and 15 commercial—spread across two towers on a 2.5-acre three-sided open plot. Residents will have access to a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The inclusion of the SWAMIH Fund (Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing) has been pivotal, providing a ₹115 crore infusion that underscores the project’s financial viability.
Lt. Col. Ashwini Nagpal (Retd.) further noted that the smooth transition was aided by recent policy shifts. He stated that “based on the recommendations of the Amitabh Kant Committee, full cooperation was provided by the Development Authority and RERA. 100% of the project’s liabilities to the Development Authority and RERA have been paid, which is a milestone in itself. Impressed by the project’s robust financial management, sales and construction plan, SWAMIH Fund has sanctioned ₹115 crore to the project. With no outstanding dues on the project, home loans are also being offered by SBI Bank, providing homebuyers with the cheapest home loans in the country.”
With Tower A now operational, Diligent Builders is shifting its focus to Tower B, which consists of 172 units. The company has set a final completion target for the entire project by December 2027. Management confirmed that with all financial and administrative approvals now in place, construction is progressing systematically to ensure a phased delivery of the remaining common areas and amenities.
