Arisinfra Solutions Achieves Record Sales for Bodhii Tree Villa Plot Development Near NH-75
Bengaluru, August 13, 2025: Arisinfra Solutions Ltd’s subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Unitern), has not only delivered record-breaking sales for Bodhii Tree but also enabled accelerated development of the project through its integrated execution approach.
Bodhii Tree, a premium villa plot development by Vaishnavi Residences, is strategically located off the Bengaluru-Tirupati Highway (NH-75), in Neo Bengaluru’s rapidly growing investment corridor.
Developed across 7 acres and 9 guntas, Bodhii Tree comprises 109 premium villa plots with primarily east and west-facing configurations and plot sizes ranging from 1,200 to 3,500 sq ft. The project features a private clubhouse and 15-plus thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities with RERA-approved possession scheduled for December.
The company was awarded the exclusive sales and marketing mandate for the investor units. At the time of onboarding in April, the project was experiencing a slowdown with limited sales traction and funding constraints.
Stepping in as a strategic partner, the company implemented a comprehensive mandate covering branding, pre-sales planning, digital outreach, CRM and capital arrangement. Over just three months, the company successfully sold nearly 80 per cent of the allocated units, creating strong market momentum and renewed confidence in the project.
Recognising the working capital constraints early on, the company proactively addressed the project’s cash flow situation—and leveraged the Arisinfra platform to ensure assured and timely supply of construction materials. This holistic approach provided the developer with complete an visibility into incoming cash flow from unit sales while simultaneously unblocking the supply chain to resume site activity.
As a result, construction progress has significantly accelerated—and the development is now on track to be completed well ahead of the RERA possession timeline.
