Ashiana Care Homes offers a comprehensive continuum of care. The care home follows a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) model layout, integrating Active Living and Assisted Living (Care Homes) within the same campus. Along with practicing evidence-based global clinical protocols, Epoch will incorporate its vibrant elder-relevant engagement activities, which range from cognitive stimulation to community-building.

The facility, located within Ashiana’s thoughtfully designed senior living environment, will now operate under Epoch’s rigorous standards. Key features include:

  • Specialised care: Management of complex conditions including dementia care, Parkinson’s disease care, Palliative care, Mental Health conditions (Schizophrenia, Bipolar), and recovery & rehabilitation.
  • Medical infrastructure & emergency preparedness: It is a core operational priority, with round-the-clock nursing staff, on-site ambulance availability, and defined protocols for assessment, escalation, and hospital coordination, such as on-campus and allied facilities: OPD services, salon, pharmacy, dental care, audiometry, ENT services, and established healthcare tie-ups with all major hospitals in the vicinity
  • Comprehensive healthcare support: Access to specialists, including general physicians, cardiologists, geriatricians, orthopaedists, dentists, ENT specialists, audiologists, internal medicine experts, diabetologists, and psychiatrists.
  • Holistic wellbeing: Implementation of Epoch’s signature engagement programs, including Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and social rehabilitation.
