Ashiana Housing Unveils Premium Residential Project Ashiana Amaya in Dobo, Jamshedpur

New Delhi, 17th October 2025: Ashiana Housing Ltd. (NSE/BSE Listed), India’s leading developer has launched Ashiana Amaya, its premium residential project in Dobo (New Jamshedpur). Spread across 3.86 acres with a saleable area of approx. 4.64 lakh square feet, the project marks a significant milestone for the company in Jamshedpur. Developed under a joint venture model, Ashiana Amaya expected to generate sales realisation of INR 350 crore or above.

The project comprises 230 premium residences that include spacious 3BHK homes starting at INR 1.34 crore and 4BHK homes starting at INR 2 crore. The entire development is being launched in one go, with no phased rollout. EOIs will start mid of November 2025, Ashiana Amaya is targeted for completion by December 2029. The investment will be funded through a mix of self-funding and customer advances, with the project designed primarily for end-users, who are expected to account for 80 per cent of the buyers, while the remaining 20 per cent is anticipated to come from investors.
