The large voter turnout is a favourable indication that the people of the country own the responsibility of choosing the right governance. The Sensex has shown an encouraging change which is an indication that fundamental of the country’s economy are in place and can be manifested with the able guidance of a decisive government. Real estate developments and policies are governed by state and central jurisdictions. Hence a strong government and able leadership is required for the nation to regain its growth story that was paused in the last decade.
