AT Capital’s Investment in Indian Real Estate Reaches $500 Million Through Experion Developers

Gurgaon, October 22, 2026: Experion Developers, the foreign direct investment real estate platform of Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group, announced that AT Capital’s cumulative investment in Indian real estate has touched approximately $500 million since beginning operations in 2006, according to a press release issued by the company.
Experion Developers has undertaken 12 projects spanning around 11 million square feet of built-up area across Gurugram, Noida, Lucknow, and Amritsar. Over the past five years, the developer has delivered more than 3,000 homes and plots. In FY2025-26, the firm recorded sales of Rs 3,700 crore, up from Rs 2,200 crore in the previous financial year.
Looking ahead, the company plans to invest approximately Rs 10,000 crore over the next five to seven years, primarily focused on the National Capital Region. Recent commercial performance includes recording approximately Rs 1,800 crore in sales at the launch of Experion Saatori on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, where around 400 units were sold.

“Crossing approx. $500 million is a strong statement of intent,” said B.K. Malagi, Vice Chairman, Experion Developers. “AT Capital has provided stable, cycle-agnostic investment to the Indian real estate sector for almost two decades. Operating without the constraints of traditional lender timelines means we never have to accelerate a project artificially, allowing us to prioritize the end customer in everything we build.”
The developer is designing its entire upcoming pipeline around wellness-led principles, incorporating features such as fresh-air filtration, point-of-use water treatment, low-VOC finishes, acoustic detailing, and native landscape planning.

“At Experion, wellness is not an amenity we add at the end. It is built into the design of every project from the very first drawing,” said Priyamvada Navet, Deputy CEO, Experion Developers. “Today’s homebuyer is informed and discerning. They want to know what a home will do for their family’s health in the decades to come, not just how it looks on launch day. The things that matter most are the ones you cannot see on a site visit: the quality of the air you breathe, natural light and ventilation, and the quiet you come home to.”
Beyond its real estate presence in India, AT Capital operates renewable energy developer Juniper Green Energy and holds real estate investments of approximately $1 billion across Europe, including projects in the Netherlands, France, Poland, and Spain.
