Atul Srivastava assumes charge as SAIL’s Director Personnel

New Delhi, 13 March, 2018: Atul Srivastava took charge as Director Personnel of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) on 12th March, 2018.

Srivastava joined SAIL in the year 1985 as a Management Trainee (Technical) at Bhilai Steel Plant. Prior to joining as Director (Personnel) of SAIL he held the position of Executive Director (P&A) at SAIL’s Durgapur Steel Plant.

Srivastava is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Kanpur and holds PG Diploma in Management with specialization in HR. He has over 33 years of experience in HR matters, both at Corporate and Plant level, in dealing with diverse areas like HR Policies, Manpower Planning, HRD/OD Interventions, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Initiatives and IR Management.
