Aura World Appoints Industry Veteran Jayanta Ghosh as Head of Marketing
Gurugram, December 12, 2025: Gurugram-based realty player Aura World has announced the appointment of Jayanta Ghosh as its new Head of Marketing, strengthening the leadership team. Jayanta is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of experience across India’s most respected real estate brands, including AIPL, M3M, Bestech, Tribeca, Emaar India, Bates CHI & Partners and Enseigne.
Jayanta holds an MBA in Advertising & Marketing and specialises in end-to-end marketing strategy, blending brand positioning, ATL/BTL planning, digital ecosystems, product narrative and sales alignment into cohesive launch engines. Over his career, he has successfully launched more than forty gated residential communities across NCR’s most competitive micro-markets, and his work has played a meaningful role in shaping Gurugram’s emergence as a hub for future-ready residential developments.
At Aura World, Jayanta will oversee the integrated marketing function, driving brand storytelling, consumer engagement, digital ecosystems, and ATL/BTL campaign planning for upcoming projects. He will lead marketing, brand positioning and integrated launch communications as the company prepares as the company prepares to scale its portfolio of premium and luxury residential developments in Gurugram.
