BHIVE Expands Workspace Footprint in Whitefield with 3,000-Seat Concorde Econex Campus

Bengaluru, May 21, 2026: BHIVE, India’s campus coworking company, has expanded its commercial footprint in Whitefield with the launch of its second campus at the Concorde Econex property. Located a two-minute drive from the Seetharam Palya Metro Station along the ORR–Whitefield corridor, the new Grade A facility spans approximately 1.4 lakh square feet across a G+6 structure and is built to accommodate over 3,000 seats, BHIVE said in a press release.
The premium workspace targets startups, large enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and growing teams. Moving beyond traditional functional offices, the ecosystem offers a variety of flexible workspace formats, including day passes, private cabins, deluxe cabins, and fully managed enterprise solutions. The campus is designed with distinct multi-tier arrival, business, and premium lounges to accommodate diverse meeting styles.

To ensure the location meets premium standards, BHIVE is deploying a capital investment of over ₹30 crores into the asset. Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace, highlighted the project’s premium positioning:
“Concorde Econex is going to be one of our best campuses. It is a high-quality building in one of the most accessible locations in the city. The centre is walking distance from Seetharampalya Metro and right on the ORR–Whitefield corridor. Additionally, the construction quality and design intent, including balcony gardens on every floor, are exceptional. We are positioning it as a BHIVE Platinum campus, deploying an investment of more than Rs. 30 crores to ensure it meets the highest standards. At BHIVE, we are committed to building campuses where quality of access, quality of construction, and quality of amenities all come together. Members shouldn’t have to choose between a great location and a great workspace, they should get both. Concorde Econex delivers exactly that, and I expect it to set a new benchmark in our network.”
The transaction represents a major partnership with the developer, Concorde, reflecting an annual contract value of approximately ₹16 crores. The facility balances office work with lifestyle amenities, incorporating sustainable materials, standing pods, multiple pantries, quiet phone booths, and open green decks on various floors that function as outdoor balconies.

Commenting on the agreement, Grishma R, Director at Concorde, said:
“We are delighted to partner with BHIVE Workspace for Concorde Econex, a collaboration that aligns with our vision of creating future-ready commercial developments. BHIVE’s strong focus on community-led, experience-driven workspaces perfectly complements the design intent of this campus. Valued at around Rs. 16 crore annually, this partnership highlights the growing demand for high-quality, flexible office spaces in Whitefield.”
The building’s rooftop is configured to foster life outside of work, featuring a pickleball court equipped with shower facilities alongside a multi-tiered Terrace Café offering both indoor and outdoor seating. To establish the campus as a broader neighborhood social landmark, the rooftop café is open to the general public, with a secondary flagship BHIVE café planned for the ground-level entrance.
