Faridabad, October 14, 2026: Bhumika Realty, the real estate arm of Bhumika Group, expects its cumulative land investment in Faridabad to cross Rs 1,000 crore by March 2027, according to a press release issued by the company. This target includes over Rs 550 crore already invested in land acquisitions in the city over the past 12 months.

The company is expanding its presence across residential, plotted, and mixed-use developments in the region. As part of this expansion strategy, Bhumika Realty has inaugurated a 15,000 sq. ft. Experience Centre featuring a sample apartment at ICON, its flagship mixed-use development located on Delhi–Mathura Road, where construction is currently underway.

In addition to the ICON project, Bhumika Realty has acquired land across multiple sectors in Faridabad. Its plotted development in Sector 114 has received its development licence and is currently awaiting RERA registration.

The company’s growth in the area is backed by institutional partnerships. These include a Rs 170 crore funding arrangement with BGO for ICON, as well as a Rs 500 crore platform established with the Blackstone-backed ASK Property Fund for plotted development opportunities, which has deployed an initial Rs 125 crore investment in Faridabad.

Leasing momentum at ICON has reached approximately one lakh sq. ft. of retail space, with secured brands including Lifestyle, PVR INOX, Samsung, and an Apple reseller.
