Bhutani Gp brings Bolt, Bhutani Cineplex at Fusion Ufairia in Greater Noida West
Noida, January 4, 2023: NCR based real estate developer, Bhutani Group, is bringing two exciting additions to Fusion Ufairia shopping arcade in Greater Noida West, Bhutani Bolt and Bhutani Cineplex, scheduled to open in 2024. With Bhutani Cineplex offering a cinematic escape and Bhutani Bolt providing a gaming haven, these ventures are set to transform Fusion Ufairia into a hub of entertainment, giving the community a perfect blend of movies and games, says a press release issued by the company.
Bhutani Cineplex is a 5-screen multiplex equipped with luxurious sitting and advanced digital cinema technologies, for an audience size of 883 people.

Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, expressed his excitement, stating, “We believe in creating experiences that redefine urban living. By launching Bhutani Cineplex and Bhutani Bolt, we’re not just constructing structures; we are storytellers creating experiences that resonate with the essence of modern living.”
On the gaming front, Bhutani Bolt is set to open its doors in June 2024. A gaming zone spread across 8500-square-feet area, the hub is filled with thrilling adventures and immersive gaming experiences await.
Bhutani Group’s move to bring Bhutani Cineplex and Bhutani Bolt in Noida Extension is aimed at presenting the growing city population with various entertainment options, and thereby creating a lively community space.
This mixed-use project encompasses retail spaces, offices, studio apartments, an entertainment zone, and a cinema zone, providing a comprehensive experience hub. The culinary landscape includes brands like Wendy’s, Domino’s, Saravanaa Bhawan, Subway, Wow Momo, Barista, and Rolls Mania, offering diverse dining options. It’s a strategically designed commercial space to meet the varied needs of the community in one central location.
