Bids Open for Premium Commercial Units at Gomti Nagar Commercial Complex, Lucknow

Lucknow, January 24, 2025: The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, has announced bids for eight premium commercial units of various sizes with car parking slots at the Commercial Complex, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

The Gomti Nagar Commercial complex is strategically located in Vibhuti Khand of Gomti Nagar Railway station. A total of eight units are available on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of R1 Tower. The Commercial built-up units will be leased out for 60 years. The complex shall have earthquake-resistant and facilities of double-basement parking spaces, centralized air conditioning, wide corridors, atriums, skylights, Lifts and escalators.

Connectivity

The subject property is located in Gomti Nagar at Vibhuti Khand, which is a location of prominence in Lucknow city. It enjoys a prime location with frontage on Gomti Nagar Main Road, which connects to Lohia Path and the service road of Shaheed Path.
