Bird Academy and Roseate Hotels & Resorts Launch New Hospitality Learning Centre

New Delhi, June 26, 2026: Bird Academy and Roseate Hotels & Resorts have announced the launch of the Hospitality Learning Centre, a focused skilling and training initiative designed to prepare India’s youth for rewarding careers in luxury hospitality. The partnership arrives during an extraordinary period of expansion for India’s hospitality sector, which includes hotels, restaurants, cafés, wellness destinations, and luxury residences, the company said in a press release.

The program specifically targets Class 12 graduates and undergraduate students who are looking to take their first purposeful step toward a career in the industry. It offers seven specialized three-month courses across the core disciplines of hotel operations, including Culinary Chef, Culinary Bakery, Front Office Operations, Spa Therapist, Café Operations, Butler Services, and Housekeeping Operations.
Each course is structured to combine academic theory with direct immersion into the daily operations of Roseate Hotels & Resorts. Students will train alongside experienced hospitality professionals from day one. To ensure that the skills taught are immediately relevant and practically grounded, courses will be delivered by industry practitioners and visiting faculty from some of India’s finest institutions.
The initiative brings together Bird Academy, one of India’s most credentialed hospitality education and skilling organizations, and Roseate Hotels & Resorts, a highly respected luxury hospitality brand. The collaboration bridges purposeful skilling and real-world training to build a capable workforce for India’s flourishing industry.
To support participants, every enrolled student will receive a monthly stipend in recognition of their commitment. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a joint certification from both institutions and will be considered for placement opportunities across the Roseate portfolio. The program’s diverse exposure across hotels, cafés, spas, and wellness environments is intended to provide students with a broad range of experience and a strong professional network.
K”At Roseate Hotels & Resorts, we have always believed that service excellence is not a standard to be enforced, it is a culture to be lived. This purposeful partnership with Bird Academy allows us to share that culture with India’s next generation of hospitality professionals, giving them the skills, the environment and the confidence to begin their careers at the very highest level. When you learn inside a Roseate property, excellence is not something you are taught. It is something you experience, absorb and carry with you for life,” said Kush Kapoor, CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts.
