BPTP Limited Launches ₹1,800 Crore ‘Skynest’ Luxury Towers in Greater Faridabad
Faridabad, April 21, 2026: BPTP Limited has announced the launch of “Skynest,” a high-rise residential development in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, boasting an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,800 crore. The project, which has received its RERA registration (HRERA-PKL-FBD-881-2026), features twin residential towers rising approximately 150 metres. This vertical development is designed to integrate luxury lifestyle amenities with sustainable green building practices, marking a significant addition to the company’s National Capital Region (NCR) portfolio, the company said in a press release.
The project introduces 325 expansive units in 3 and 4 BHK configurations, with apartment sizes ranging from 3,185 to 3,856 square feet. With prices starting at ₹4.48 crore, Skynest targets the premium segment through a design that incorporates “Sky-Nests”—landscaped elements integrated at multiple levels within the tower elevations. To ensure efficiency and privacy, the towers utilize a 4-to-a-core configuration supported by a high-capacity vertical transportation system featuring nine lifts per tower.
Residents will have access to a comprehensive suite of community infrastructure, including all-weather swimming pools, fitness studios, multipurpose halls, and dedicated hobby areas. The architectural framework, developed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants, focuses on enhancing natural light and ventilation through extended balcony layouts. The project also brings together a global team of experts, including Nulty+ for lighting and GreenGineer for green building advisory, to ensure the development meets modern environmental and aesthetic standards.
Strategically located in Sector 80, the project benefits from the newly developed Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), a critical spur of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. This provides seamless connectivity to Delhi via DND and Kalindi Kunj. Future accessibility is expected to improve further with the under-construction Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway and proposed links to the Noida International Airport in Jewar, placing the development at the heart of the NCR’s evolving infrastructure corridors.
