Brigade Group Acquires Kanakapura Road Land Parcel For Rs 400 Crore Residential Project
Bengaluru, July 30, 2026: Brigade Group has announced the outright acquisition of a two-acre land parcel located on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru. The real estate firm plans to develop a premium residential project on the newly acquired site, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 400 crore. Situated along one of South Bengaluru’s prime residential corridors, the planned development aims to offer modern homes designed around connectivity, wellness, and long-term value, Brigade Group said in a press release.
