Brigade Group Plans Residential Project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru
Bengaluru, January 3, 2025: Brigade Group has signed a definitive agreement for a prime land parcel located on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru. Spanning about 20 acres, the residential project will have a total saleable area of approximately 2.5 msf, a Gross Development Value (GDV) of about ₹2,700 crore, and a total land cost of about ₹630 crore, through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited.
The project will be designed to align with Bengaluru’s dynamic urban landscape. Whitefield, Bengaluru’s largest and most prominent IT hub, has evolved into one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods. With its thriving job market, the area continues to attract homebuyers seeking proximity to their workplaces. Seamless connectivity through road, rail, and the upcoming Metro extension further enhances Whitefield’s appeal.
