Brigade Group Signs Lease Agreement With US-Based HealthEdge at Brigade Square, Thiruvananthapuram
Thiruvanthapuram, August 21, 2026: Brigade Group has signed a lease agreement with HealthEdge, a U.S.-headquartered healthcare technology company backed by Bain Capital, for a super built-up area of approximately 1.62 lakh sq. ft. across 11 floors of Brigade Square in Thiruvananthapuram. HealthEdge provides AI-powered software and technology-enabled services that assist health plans in modernizing healthcare administration through platforms spanning claims administration, payment accuracy, provider network management, care management, and risk adjustment, Brigade Group said in a press release.
Located in Technopark Phase 1, Brigade Square is 2 lakh sq. ft. IT office building designed to support technology-driven businesses. The agreement marks a key milestone in Brigade Group’s commercial expansion in Thiruvananthapuram and highlights the city’s growing position as a destination for global technology and healthcare firms.

HealthEdge’s new campus will bring together teams across engineering, product development, technology, operations, and corporate functions. The facility includes an executive floor with a boardroom, meeting rooms, and executive dining, alongside a dedicated cafeteria, training rooms, collaborative workspaces, wellness rooms, and a mothers’ room.
Brigade Group has outlined further expansion plans for the region, having signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Kerala to develop a 2 million sq. ft. World Trade Center within Technopark Phase 1. Brigade Square will form part of this larger development, aimed at attracting multinational companies and knowledge-driven enterprises to Kerala.
