CASE India Appoints Sachin Tare to Lead Manufacturing Operations at Pithampur Facility

New Delhi, July 30, 2026: CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has appointed Sachin Tare as Director – Manufacturing, to lead its manufacturing operations at the company’s Pithampur facility near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In his new role, Tare will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and productivity to support CASE’s continued growth across India and international markets, CASE Construction Equipment said in a press release.
Tare brings over three decades of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and business transformation across the engineering and automotive sectors. He spent nearly three decades with Mahindra & Mahindra, holding leadership roles in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing, before joining BirlaNu Ltd. (formerly HIL Ltd.) as Assistant Vice President – Operations. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale manufacturing initiatives, including capacity expansion, operational transformation, Greenfield projects, and new product industrialization.
The Pithampur plant has served as the core of CASE’s operations in India for over thirty years, functioning as the company’s manufacturing hub for the Asia Pacific region. The facility produces Made-in-India construction equipment for domestic distribution as well as exports to over 100 countries. Present in India since 1989, CASE has maintained a market leadership position in the vibratory compactor segment while expanding its footprint in the backhoe loader sector through localized manufacturing and product engineering.
Commenting on his appointment, Sachin Tare highlighted the industry’s current trajectory and his operational priorities for the Pithampur facility.
