Chintamanis Group Launches North Avenue, Premium Plotted Development in North Gurugram
Gurugram, August 6, 2025: Chintamanis Group has launched ‘North Avenue’, a premium plotted development located in the booming North Gurugram corridor, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY).
Known for its technical excellence in high-rise residential developments, North Avenue stands as the group’s 11th real estate project and first plotted development. INR 600 Cr Sales Potential Across Phases
