County Group Unveils ‘Clove County’ with ₹1,200 Crore Investment in Noida

Noida, March 10, 2026: County Group, a real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), has announced the launch of “Clove County,” a high-end residential project located in Sector 151 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Representing an investment exceeding INR 1,200 crore, the UP RERA-registered development is being positioned as the first true low-density, ultra-luxury residential project on the Expressway. The project spans five acres but features only 226 exclusive apartments spread across three architectural towers, the company said in a press statement. 

The design of Clove County takes inspiration from the organic silhouette of a clove bud, utilizing smooth curves, earthy tones, and recessed balconies to optimize natural ventilation and daylight while reducing heat. The development offers expansive 4BHK and 5BHK configurations, ranging from 4,077 to 6,417 square feet. With prices starting at INR 10 crore and reaching up to INR 18 crore, the project emphasizes biophilic living through the integration of vertical gardens, water features, and real trees on every deck.

Sustainability serves as a cornerstone for the development, which has secured a pre-certified IGBC Platinum rating. The architectural plan incorporates passive shading and climate-responsive measures to create restorative micro-climates within the structure. “Unlike conventional gated communities where buildings dominate the site, Clove County has been planned with much of the ground plan kept open.
