CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 to be held from 6–8 February at HITEX
Hyderabad, December 23, 2025: CREDAI Hyderabad has announced the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026, scheduled to be held from 6th to 8th February 2026 at the Hall 4, HITEX Exhibition Centre.
The property show continues to be anchored in CREDAIbility, CREDAI’s long-standing philosophy that represents trust, transparency, ethical practices, and consumer confidence. Reinforcing this core value, the 2026 edition carries the message ‘Permanent Ho Jao’, a confident call encouraging homebuyers to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home—credibly and with assurance. The theme reflects Hyderabad’s evolution into a stable, opportunity-rich, and future-ready metropolis, where long-term home ownership offers security, growth, and quality of life.
The announcement was made by senior CREDAI Hyderabad leadership, including President N. Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao, and General Secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, along with Property Show Convener Susheel Kumar Jain and Co-Convener N. Venugopal, in the presence of office bearers and Managing Committee Members
The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show has established itself as a premium, buyer-centric real estate platform, bringing together developers, homebuyers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.
Only RERA-approved projects from CREDAI member developers will be showcased, ensuring that visitors have access exclusively to verified, compliant, and credible developments. The exhibition will feature a wide spectrum of residential and commercial offerings, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces across Hyderabad.
By curating trusted projects under one roof, CREDAI Hyderabad aims to simplify the homebuying process while strengthening transparency and consumer confidence.

Speaking on the occasion, N. Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said: “Hyderabad’s real estate sector continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals, supported by a stable and proactive government, consistent infrastructure development, and sustained investor confidence. Recent GHMC and HMDA land auctions in 2025 have reaffirmed Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s most premium and liquid land markets, particularly across high-growth corridors such as Kokapet–Neopolis–Golden Mile, Raidurg, and Bachupally. These high-value transactions signal long-term demand and areexpected to push benchmark prices upward. From a homebuyer’s perspective, this makes the present phase an opportune window to invest before the next price cycle sets in.”
He further added that the momentum generated by the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 has laid a strong macroeconomic foundation for the city’s next phase of growth, translating into continued confidence for both developers and homebuyers.

B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect, CREDAI Hyderabad, said: “Hyderabad has decisively moved beyond being only a technology hub to emerge as a global destination for lifestyle, sports, tourism, and investments. The next phase of the city’s growth integrates future industries, premium living, and world-class infrastructure, while maintaining balance with sustainability and liveability. The city’s ability to successfully host global conference reflects its readiness, execution capability, and global appeal—factors that strongly reinforce Hyderabad’s long-term real estate attractiveness. It signifies that Government’s vision to showcase a future city is ahead of times.”

K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, added: “Hyderabad’s growth trajectory is increasingly aligned with sustainable development, climate resilience, and smart urban planning. The real estate sector has a critical role in shaping greener and more inclusive cities. The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will offer an enhanced visitor experience with larger stalls, dedicated family and wellness zones, senior-friendly spaces, and curated engagement areas, while continuing to showcase only RERA-approved CREDAI member projects.”
