Cybercity sells 2,250 units of Rainbow Vistas
Hyderabad’s real estate player Cybercity Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd on Thursday announced sales of 2,250 units for the project Rainbow Vistas.
According to a press release, Rainbow Vistas is being constructed in an area of 68 acres with two natural lakes in three Phases. The first phase of the project built over 7 acre area with 448 apartments is fully constructed with residents living in.
Rainbow Vistas @Rock Garden – the Phase two of the project is being developed in 22 acres with 13 towers of 20 storey high-rise complex with 4.2 million sft. It packs a 7 acre central park, with a 1 lakh sft area.
The press release said the project is being built with Shear Wall (MIVAN) technology for better strength and space utilisation, offering superior construction and better carpet area. Rainbow Vistas @ Rock garden has received Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Green Homes Pre-Certification, LEED GOLD in December, 2012.
Speaking about the achievement Venu Vinod, MD, Cybercity Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd said, “The real estate sector in Hyderabad today is on a growth path and we expect to see further development and growth in it. Upholding our promise of timely delivery of apartments, we have already handed over the first phase – Rainbow Vistas with 448 apartments and the customers are enjoying a vibrant life at the project. We have handed over 500 apartments already in the Second Phase i.e. Rainbow Vistas@Rock Garden, and another 400 customers would get the possession by 2016.”
