Divyansh Group Secures GDA Land Near Hindon Airport for ₹200 Crore Residential Project
Ghaziabad, July 22, 2026: Real estate developer Divyansh Group has acquired a 12,868-square-metre land parcel in Koyal Enclave, Ghaziabad, through an auction conducted by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). Purchased for approximately ₹128 crore, the strategically located plot will be developed into a premium plotted residential project with an estimated sales potential exceeding ₹200 crore. The launch is scheduled for the third quarter of the current financial year to address the rising demand for planned residential developments in the region, Divyansh Group said in a press release.
Situated within one kilometre of Hindon Airport and the Delhi border, the site benefits from direct connectivity and infrastructure development across the corridor. Upgraded road networks, urban expansion, and rising commercial activity have boosted the area’s appeal among prospective homebuyers and real estate investors. The acquisition expands Divyansh Group’s development pipeline across strategic growth nodes in the National Capital Region.
