DLF malls get five-star rating in British Safety Council audit

DLF mall complexes in Delhi and Gurgaon have received five-star rating from the British Safety Council.
According to a press release issued by DLF Ltd on Tuesday, this is the highest rating that is awarded by British Safety Council to recognise the “Best in class” in occupational health and safety management system.
This award, the release said, recognises DLF’s adherence to world-class safety and compliance standards. The malls were audited on 66 parameters of occupational health and safety management system. The properties which received the 5-star rating are Emporio Mall, Promenade Mall, DLF Place, Saket Mall, multi-level car park &mall, BKSM and multi-level car park &mall, Sarojini Nagar, all in New Delhi and Cyber Hub in Gurgaon
Sriram Khattar, CEO of DLF’s Rental Business, said, “We have achieved a significant milestone, a first in the retail sector, it is a testimony to our determination to achieve and sustain globally comparable standards in health and safety. As the industry leader, it is our persistent endeavour to challenge ourselves and set new benchmarks in providing best in class services for our customers, who visit our facilities.”
