Embassy Developments Limited Appoints Neel Virwani as Chief Business Officer

Mumbai, September 9, 2026: Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) today announced the appointment of Neel Virwani, Chief Business Officer, effective October 1, 2026. The appointment as Senior Management Personnel follows approval from the company’s Board of Directors and shareholders, Embassy Developments said in a press release.

A promoter at Embassy Group and part of its next generation of leadership, Neel Virwani, Chief Business Officer, has been associated with the Group since April 2024, working across strategic planning, business development, and brand transformation initiatives. In his career with the firm, he has been involved in evaluating new markets and expansion opportunities, alongside managing family office and investment activities.
In his new role, Virwani will lead EDL’s operations across North and West India, with a focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the National Capital Region. His responsibilities include driving portfolio expansion, spearheading new business initiatives, and overseeing project structuring and execution across the company’s owned and development management portfolio.

The executive change coincides with EDL’s expanded growth targets, which include ~Rs 6,000 crore in pre-sales from owned developments and ~Rs 2,000 crore from development management projects in FY27. The company is also preparing an 11-project launch pipeline with a gross development value of ~Rs 19,800 crore across key markets.
