Bengaluru/ Mumbai, March 13, 2026:

Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) has recorded the sale of over 500 units at Embassy Verde Phase II. The project, situated within the expansive 288-acre master-planned township of Embassy Springs, achieved a topline of approximately ₹495 crore within just four days of its launch. This rapid absorption underscores the high demand for integrated township living in proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport, the company said in a press statement.

The project features a total saleable area of 7.38 lakh square feet and comprises 702 residential units. Designed to cater to a broad demographic, the development offers 1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 601 to 1,344 square feet. Residents of Embassy Verde Phase II benefit from the pre-existing ecosystem of Embassy Springs, which includes over 45 acres of open green spaces, an 18-kilometre internal road network, and social infrastructure such as the CBSE-affiliated Embassy Academy.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential at Embassy Developments Ltd., highlighted the shifting priorities of modern homeowners as a primary driver for the project’s success. “The remarkable response to Embassy Verde Phase II reflects the clear and sustained demand we are seeing for integrated township living in Bengaluru. Homebuyers today are looking beyond individual apartments and prioritising communities that offer security, open spaces, lifestyle continuity for families, and the convenience of daily life within a single, managed environment. Embassy Springs has resonated strongly because it delivers this balanced living experience at scale, supporting both immediate lifestyle needs and long-term value,” Karimpanal stated.

North Bengaluru continues to be a central pillar of EDL’s growth strategy. The company has already launched approximately ₹4,300 crore of Gross Development Value (GDV) in the region during the 2026 fiscal year. With an estimated ₹12,500 crore of additional GDV planned for upcoming phases and projects, the developer is poised to further dominate this micro-market. The region’s economic momentum, fueled by its status as a major employment hub, remains a significant draw for professionals and families alike.

Embassy Springs has positioned itself as a self-sustained ecosystem, integrating residential spaces with senior living communities and extensive lifestyle facilities. By offering a 15-minute commute to the international airport and providing over 100 world-class amenities, the township aims to set a new benchmark for urban planning in India. This latest sales success reinforces the market’s confidence in EDL’s ability to deliver large-scale, functional, and light-optimized residential environments within a managed community framework.
