Embassy Developments Signs MoU To Sell Residential Tower At Embassy Terazza For Rs 711 Crore
Mumbai/Bengaluru, September 22, 2026: Embassy Developments Limited announced the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding for the sale of an entire residential tower at its luxury development, Embassy Terazza, in Juhu. The G+7 storey tower, offering a RERA carpet area of 63,000 square feet, was acquired by Dinesh Thakkar, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director, Angel One Limited, for approximately Rs 711 crore. The transaction marks the largest single residential unit deal in the country, Embassy Developments said in a press release.
Located on Juhu Tara Road, Embassy Terazza is a low-density development spanning over two acres with an estimated gross development value exceeding Rs 3,000 crore. The project comprises around 50 residences across five towers, offering sea and city views, private gardens, and wellness amenities. The development is being executed under a development management model by Embassy Developments Limited.
