Embassy REIT certified for USGBC LEED Platinum v4.1 O+M Office Portfolio

Bengaluru, December 07, 2022: Embassy Office Parks REIT, has achieved the distinction of operating and maintaining the world’s largest ‘USGBC LEED Platinum v4.1 O+M’ certified office portfolio by Green Business Certification Inc. (‘GBCI’).
A press release issued by the company mentions that, Embassy REIT received this certification for all 77 operational buildings spread across 12 office parks in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and NCR. The largest office REIT in Asia by area, Embassy REIT, has achieved this LEED Platinum certification for all of its operational properties totaling 33.4 msf, indicating adherence to the highest operational standards for sustainability.
