Terray Realty Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Senior Appointments
Bengaluru, October 7, 2026: Terray Realty, a real estate mandate and advisory firm, has appointed Pavit Ponnanna as Chief Operating Officer and Kedarnath P, Vice President – Head, Channel Business, Terray Realty, according to a press release issued by the company.

Ponnanna brings over two decades of cross-industry leadership experience from organizations including Puravankara, JPMorgan, and L&T Infotech. Kedarnath P. joins with nearly 20 years of experience in channel sales and strategic alliances across financial and real estate firms, including Citibank, Cushman & Wakefield, Arvind SmartSpaces, and Puravankara. At Terray Realty, he will manage the company’s channel partner ecosystem and develop sales networks to support market expansion.
