Fairfox debuts with EYE OF NOIDA (EON), its first commercial project in Noida

Delhi NCR/November 29, 2021: Real estate consultancy firm Investors Clinic recently organized one of its biggest launches, “Eye of Noida”. The extravagant two days event was hosted by FAIRFOX INFRA. Eye of Noida (EON) is located at Sector 140, Noida.

EON has features like IT/ITES enabled service park of around 13.65 acres, Grade A Building, Green Building, IGBC Gold certification complaint development and four phase development program comprising high-end retail, lockable office space and food court.

Speaking on the launch, Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic said “During and post the Covid era, we came up with innovative project offers and prop fests to offer the best to our consumers. Eye of Noida (EON) has been one of the most prime projects, and we are extremely happy that all the hard work has resulted in an overwhelming response from consumers. Our event was attended by over 2000 families and we sold around 5 lakh sq.ft which is 85% of Phase 1 of the project.”
