Grihum Housing Finance Reports Q1FY25 Results, AUM Crosses ₹8,700 Crores
Pune/Mumbai, August 6, 2024: Grihum Housing Finance Limited, a TPG-promoted Company, announced its Q1 FY25 results on Tuesday.
Grihum’s AUM stood at ₹8,727 crores, up 33% year-on-year (YoY). Disbursements reached ₹692 crores, up 38% YoY. During the quarter the fresh sanctions were at ₹900 crores from the National Housing Bank, taking the cumulative outstanding limits to over ₹1,800 crores.
The Company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹46 crores, up 77% YoY. Revenue stood at ₹306 crores, up 33% YoY.
Gross NPA was at 1.2% and the Provision Coverage Ratio stood at 38.5% and the Capital Adequacy Ratio was 44.79%.
The Company also announced a tie-up for a co-lending arrangement with Central Bank of India for MSME Loan Against Property (LAP).
