Gurugram: Krisumi Corporation Commences Development of The Forest Reserve Phases 5 & 6
Gurugram, October 16, 2026: Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, has commenced the development of The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, representing Phases 5 and 6 of Krisumi City in Sector 36A, Gurugram. The commencement of construction was marked by a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, according to a press release issued by the company.
The development will entail an investment of over Rs 1,300 crore over the next five years and is estimated to generate a revenue potential exceeding Rs 4,000 crore. The two phases will collectively comprise 542 units.

The Forest Reserve is planned as an ultra-luxury residential development featuring 2, 3, and 4 LDK residences shaped by Japanese spatial planning and functionality principles. Designed by Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, the project spans approximately 1.67 million sq. ft., with residences ranging from 2,166 sq. ft. to 3,993 sq. ft. Prices start at approximately Rs 4.9 crore onwards, depending on configuration and applicable charges.
Residents will have access to The Cascades Club, a 162,000 sq. ft. facility within Krisumi City featuring spa rituals, dining, lounges, an indoor sports arena, and curated events. The Forest Reserve forms part of the 33.38-acre Krisumi City integrated development, which incorporates residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and social infrastructure. Strategically located along the Dwarka Expressway, the development provides connectivity across Gurugram and Delhi.
