Hexalog Expands Footprint with 48,000 Sq Ft Fulfilment Centre in Bengaluru

New Delhi, August 18, 2025: Hexalog Technologies Private Limited, an end-to-end AI-driven supply chain company specialising in cross-border solutions, inaugurated its new Value-Added Centre (VAC) in Bengaluru on Monday. The 48,000 sq ft facility marks a strategic expansion of Hexalog’s fulfilment centre capabilities.
The VAC is optimally positioned to capitalise on the city’s superior transportation infrastructure as a Tier 1 hub and its central location in south India. Its proximity to major ports enables enhanced cross-docking capabilities, broader geographic coverage and faster last-mile deliveries to underserved areas throughout the region.
Hexalog’s new facility is specifically engineered to handle e-commerce and cross-dock operations, supporting fast-moving consumer shipments, bulk transfers and high-throughput parcel movement.
As a multi-client facility, it offers flexible space allocation, shared resources and scalable operations, making it ideal for businesses seeking efficiency, speed and cost-effectiveness in their supply chain operations. The fulfilment centre is set to initially serve four clients with operational flexibility to onboard additional partners as demand scales. This approach will ensure optimal space utilisation while maintaining service quality and responsiveness.

“The Bengaluru VAC is a strategic step in Hexalog’s ‘regional beachhead’ strategy. Our aim is to build a stronghold in one high-potential corridor, prove density and service excellence on that lane, and then replicate the playbook across adjacent lanes and markets,” said Utkarsh Tripathi, Co-founder and COO, Hexalog.
“By anchoring in a Tier 1 hub with strong client demand and cross-dock ease, we can localise operations, tighten SLAs and drive unit economics at scale. We look forward to enhanced operational capabilities that come with this new VAC.”
The facility features integration with Uni-commerce, a robust management system that enables streamlined inventory management, order processing and real-time visibility. This technology ensures operational accuracy, faster fulfilment and enhanced client transparency across all fulfilment centre activities, supporting Hexalog’s commitment to delivering next-generation logistics solutions.
The new facility is also expected to create new employment opportunities for people in the region, including core operational staff and a contractual workforce for fulfilment centre and logistics functions. These roles will span inventory management, packaging, handling, supervision and administrative support, contributing significantly to local employment and regional economic activity.
The inauguration of Bengaluru VAC brings Hexalog’s total fulfilment centre count to five facilities across India and six globally, which includes one facility in Shenzhen, China. The expansion aligns with the company’s broader vision of becoming a leading end-to-end AI-driven cross-border supply chain company by scaling infrastructure in high-demand regions and integrating advanced technologies.
The company has some additional VACs in the pipeline with planned expansions focused on metro and Tier 1 cities closer to strategic ports. These locations are being evaluated to strengthen its national footprint, improve service accessibility and support growing demand across key markets.
